Once you've killed the wizard you're done. Killing the Echo isn't the main priority though, once the Echo is very weak, a Taken wizard called Mar-Zik The Blightcaller. This mission requires you to fly back to Phobos where you first fought the Taken, and now you have to fight a Echo of Oryx. Once you've gotten all 45 Calcified Fragments return to Eris Morn for the final Hunger Pangs quest mission. The total it adds up to is 45 Calcified Fragments you'll need to do this whole quest. After this you have to collect more Calcified Fragments! I know very fun. This quest you get from Eris requires you to go into any Undying Mind Strike, and at the end will be a knight called Taken Knight Morgath Lore-Keeper. Once you have done that Eris Morn will give you once again the quest,"Hunger Pangs." You'll now need to gather 30 calcified fragments or 15 more to add to your original 15 to get now 30 calcified fragments, and remember guides for that in the bottom of the page. Anyways once you've done that return to Eris Morn, and she'll give you an antiquated rune. The best way for both of them is to just patrol, and look around as both are quite easy to spot If you know where to look. The weapon parts are easy, but the way you obtain Wormspore and Hadium Flakes is by finding them throughout the Dreadnaught. This part now requires you to collect 25 wormspore, 50 Hadium Flakes, and 50 Weapon Parts. Once you've gotten back to Eris Morn she'll give you the next part of the quest. All three of these are a 100% drop in the raid you just have to complete the battles. Then for the third boss they'll drop the Shroud of Ir Anuk, and finally for the fourth boss Oryx, he will drop the Ravenous Heart. Anyways from the first boss, Warpriest once you defeat him you and anyone else doing the quest will get a Blade of Famine. You'll have to kill 3 of the 4 bosses at minimum, but I'd say just run through the raid as it is actually a really fun raid. Once you've talked to Eris Morn for the quest the first task involves you to go through the Kings Fall raid. You can just load in, you don't have to do anything, just load in and go to Eris and she'll have the quest,"The Old Hunger." The final part to get the official quest is you have to start up King's Fall. Once you've done this Eris Morn will give you the next quest called,"Hunger Pangs." This mission requires you to go into the mining Bunker to defeat a Taken Centaurian called Bracus. The way you get the next part it collecting a total of 15 calcified fragments so basically getting 10 more Calcified Fragments.

Now the mission ends short so it doesn't tell you how to get the next quest for the Touch of Malice.
Anyways once you've obtained 5 calcified fragments return to Eris Morn. At the bottom of this guide are two parts of Calcified fragment guides labeled part one and two so check them out. There are a total of 50 all around the Dreadnaught by doing missions and other tasks. Calcified Fragments are tiny Fragments scattered around the Dreadnaught. Once you've done that go to Eris Morn at the Tower and she'll have the quest,"Shattered Past." This first part of this quest is to collect 5 calcified fragments.
To get the first part, and first quest connecting to it you have to finish the first Dreadnaught mission for the Taken King storyline.
